Evie thinks that when someone whips out a camera, you're supposed to throw your head back, close your eyes, and open your mouth.

It really isn't a smile at all.

So I'm a little afraid I'll never have another good picture of her, because any time she sees a camera or a flash, she jumps to doing this...

Babies must not totally learn all their tricks from mimicking others, because I'm pretty sure I've never made a face like this when someone has taken my picture...

She must have gotten it from Nick.

I'd just like to say that I had so much fun with my old friends today. Evie had the most fun too. She told me her mom has the coolest friends. Then said something about "Why is Aunt Anna decorating for Halloween in the middle of summer?". I tried to tell her that really it is almost September, but you know how babies are.
